Glad you're interested in MFP CrossFit Challenge. I've been in the fitness industry for 7+ years and have worked with numerous clientele.

Over my years, I've learn one thing. There's people who will commit to change. And there's people who wont. 

The our CrossFit program was created to accelerate the process of change with a blueprint for success. Get the plan, do the work. But it will take time, commitment and discipline. 

If you put in the work, you will see the transformation. 

We work with all levels of fitness and can deliver to anyone. 

However, this isn't for everyone. 

If you like easy, and aren't willing step outside your comfort zone, and frankly, aren't willing to do the work...this isn't for you. 

But if you're ready to change and are tired of feeling disappointed of your current situation...I look forward to working with you.

Our CrossFit Program
How It Works
A group of individuals will start a CrossFit program together focusing on exercise, nutrition and lifestyle habits. 
Each participant will be held accountable to stay on track throughout 6 weeks and focus on 1-2 goals. 
On day 1, you will take your entering photo. On week 6 you will re-take and see the transformation right before your eyes! 
The Program begins the week of your initial sign up and kick off day
